PRESS • SEEK Art Exhibition - The City College New York City, USA - 5.2.06 - 6.2.06 I participated in this event via a call for artists. After a professor reviewed my portfolio (this website!), she requested to use "jungle fairy" in the promotional poster. Also exhibited: "Mi tierra (day and night)", "Solitude 2", and yes, "Jungle Fairy". Galeria Tonantzin - Las Mujeres Exhibit San Juan Bautista, CA, USA - 3.2.06 - 4.2.06 Ms. Maria Sanchez (yet again) offered me the opportunity to dispay my art at Galeria Tonantzin in California. As the curator, she posted a call for art. I was lucky enough to have two if my paintings, 'Abandoned' and 'Connected (small sqaure painting in the first picture)' displayed for about a month along with the work of terrifically talented Latinas from around the USA. Henderson House - International Art Auction Oregon, USA - 12.11.04 International Art Auction I donated a painting entitled, "Don't bug me lady" to benefit a women's domestic/sexual violence shelter in Oregon, USA.
